摘要
本文从三个角度论证了现阶段下依托专业市场提高农产品流通效率的优势。其一,从我国农业产业的规模经济出发,现阶段中国农业产业的外部规模经济大于内部规模经济,并且这种状况将长期维持。而这种状况的长期存在将使得依托专业市场提高农产品流通效率具有显著优势。其二,从我国居民农产品的消费需求的业态来看,提高农产品流通效率依托专业市场也是最合适的。其三,从冷链物流的配送来看,现阶段农产品的冷链物流配送也只能以专业市场为主体。最后,本文在以上三个角度的论证下,从政府和专业市场两个层面为完善农产品专业市场提供了政策建议。
This paper demonstrates the advantages of improving the efficiency of agricultural product circulation by specialized market from three angles. Firstly, from the scale economy in China＇s agricultural industry, the external scale economy is larger than the internal scale economy of at present, and this situation will exist in a long-time. This situation will be advantageous for the specialized market to improve the efficiency of agricultural products circulation. Secondly, from the consumer demand of the residents on agricultural products, improving circulation efficiency by professional market of agricultural products is the most appropriate.Thirdly, from the distribution of cold chain logistics, the distribution of cold chain logistics of agricultural products at this stage can only rely on the specialized market as the main body. Finally, under the reasoning above, the paper gives some policy suggestions for the government and specialized markets to improve agricultural specialized market.
