摘要 随着全球能源互联网的深入发展,能源互联规模不断扩大,对支撑能源互联网安全稳定运行的信息通信技术在实时性能、可靠性、优化性能等各方面都提出了更高的要求。目前国内电力网络的仿真技术已经比较成熟,但是电力信息通信网络的仿真研究还很贫乏。信息通信网络的仿真可以科学地反映和预测网络性能和业务质量,对于全球能源互联网的研究有十分重要的意义。文章着重研究了全球能源互联网信息通信仿真技术,通过网络仿真技术构建支撑全球能源互联网的多维全景信息通信仿真平台,研究网络规划与优化仿真、多维联合全景仿真、工控安全仿真、网络故障仿真,实现了电力系统通信网络建模与仿真,满足全球能源互联网的信息通信网络在实时性和可靠性方面的要求,为全球能源互联网的建设奠定基础。 With the development of global energy interconnection, the interconnection scale of energy constantly expands, and it has put forward higher requirements in real-time performance, reliability, optimization and other aspects on information communication technologywhich supports the safe and stable operation of energyinternet.The current domestic power network simulation technology has been mature, but the research of power information communication network simulation is relatively poor.The simulation of information communication network can refl ect and predict the network performance and service quality scientifi cally, which is very important to the development of the global energy interconnection. The paper focuses on the research of the simulation technology of global energy internetinformation communication network. It constructs an information communication simulation platform supporting business with network simulation technology, which can establish network planning and optimization simulation, multi-dimensional joint panoramic simulation, industrial control safety simulation and network fault simulation. The platform realizes the modeling and simulation of power system information communication network and meets the requirements of real-time and reliability of information communication for the global energy interconnection. It is conducive to the further advance of the global energy interconnection.
