摘要
采用纳米金属结合剂PcBN复合片制备技术,在六面顶压机上合成出直径为Φ55mm的PcBN复合片。经性能测试,磨耗比5425,维氏硬度5980HV,cBN层抗弯强度516.6MPa,经超声波微成像分析,样品无分层、裂纹、夹杂、cBN厚度不均等缺陷,制成刀具后,在切削轴承钢Gr15时,样品与国外同类产品性能相当。
PcBN compact of a diameter of Φ55mm has been synthesized on cube press through nano-metal bond preparation technique.The performance test gives an abrasive ratio of 5425,Vickers hardness of 5980 HV,bending strength of cBN layer 516.6MPa.The sample has no defects such as delamination,flaw,inclusion or uneven cBN thickness through ultrasonic imaging analysis.The cutter made of this compact has similar performance as that of the foreign product when cutting bearing steel Gr15.
