摘要
本文提出一个基于互联网及大数据的智能制造体系概念模型与管理理论框架,认为该体系由基于互联网及大数据的智能活动、核心智能制造能力、智能制造的知识管理活动,及基于互联网与大数据的智能联盟四个基本子系统构成。与CIMS和以往的智能制造系统不同,基于互联网及大数据的智能制造体系将消费者与智能联盟纳入到体系中,成为企业与消费者、与合作伙伴协同演化动态能力的重要基础。企业与消费者、与合作伙伴协同演化动态能力,又构成企业智能制造转型升级的关键能力。中国制造业应抓住人口大国、市场活力、互联网应用领先优势与智能制造体系深度融合的发展机遇,实施智能制造设备的追随与智能制造应用知识管理差异化的二元竞争战略,通过"中间突破、两端发力"的转型升级路径,实现中国制造业由大变强的转变,推动中国制造进入世界制造的第一梯队。
The Intelligent Manufacturing System(IMS)based on Internet and Big data includes four fundamental sub systems which are the intelligent activity based on internet and big data,core intelligent manufacturing capability,knowledge management activity of Intelligent Manufacturing,intelligent alliance based on internet and big data.Different from CIMS and traditional IMS,the IMS based on internet and big data includes the customers and intelligent alliance into the system,which become the foundation of co-evolution dynamic capability between enterprise and customers or business partners.The key competence of Chinese Manufacturing industry transformation is also the co-evolution dynamic capability between enterprise and customers or business partners.If Chinese industry seizes the opportunity of demographic advantage,market vitality,Internet application advantage and IMS further development,and also implements follow strategy in intelligent manufacturing equipment,differentiation strategy in knowledge management with the " central breakthrough,both sides extend"transformation path,it might be able to transform from big to strong.If succeed,the global intelligent manufacturing market will move to a new balance,which includes the Industrialization of the Internet in USA,Industry 4.0 in German and Japan,Chinese Manufacturing 2025.
