摘要 针对传统电磁换向阀无法监测阀芯是否换向到位的缺陷,该文设计了一种带位置监测电磁换向阀,当换向阀无法换向或者换向错误时,监测装置发出警报,为安全保护装置提供信号,避免事故发生。该文对监测装置结构、阀芯与弹簧进行了合理设计,最终设计出01、03两种规格的新型阀。对新型阀进行了换向实验、背压实验与内泄漏实验。结果表明,新型阀换向可靠,可以及时监测阀芯是否出现故障,为系统保护装置提供信号。 Aiming at the defects of the traditional electromagnetic reversing valve can not monitor whether the valve reversing in place. This paper designed a new electromagnetic reversing valve with position monitoring. When the valve can not be reversing, Monitoring device alerts. Provide signals for safety devices to avoid accidents. Install monitoring devices on a common position solenoid valve. Monitoring device structure design is reasonable, standard solenoid valve stepped portion size unchanged. Several valve with different median function has been designed. The switching performance,pressure loss and internal leakage of the new valve has been tested. The result show that the new valve reversing reliable. It can monitor whether the valve reversing in place, then provide signals for safety devices to avoid accidents.
