日粮赖氨酸水平和运动对金华-杜洛克杂交猪生长及肉质性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 对日粮中赖氨酸含量和强制运动对猪生长性能及肉质性状的影响进行了探索试验。随机挑选36头体重为50kg左右的金华猪×杜洛克杂交猪,分为3组,Ⅰ组为高赖氨酸饲料组,Ⅱ组为低赖氨酸饲料组,Ⅲ组为低赖氨酸+运动组,高、低赖氨酸含量分别为1.1%和0.7%,试验期90d。结果表明:降低饲料中赖氨酸含量,对猪的日增重、料重比等生长性能具有一定程度的影响;降低饲料中赖氨酸含量,能显著提高猪背最长肌、股二头肌的肌内脂肪含量(P<0.05),而对平均背膘厚度无显著影响(P>0.05);强制运动能显著降低平均背膘厚度(P<0.05)。
