摘要
正火是一种低成本而高效的热处理工艺。本文采用力学性能测试和光学显微镜观察研究了正火温度对15 mm厚的控轧控冷(TMCP)态EH36船板钢组织与性能的影响。结果表明正火后TMCP态船板钢的强度稍有下降,但其塑性有较大改善。在870~950℃正火后,EH36钢的-40℃冲击功随正火温度的升高而降低。
Normalizing is a kind of heat treatment process with low cost and high efficiency. The effects of normalizing temperature on the microstructure and performance of controlled rolling and controlled cooling (TMCP) EH36 ship plate steel with the thickness of 15 mm were studied by mechanical properties test and optical microscopy. The results show that the strength of TMCP state ship plate steel after normalizing decreases slightly, but its plasticity is greatly improved. After normalizing at 870-950℃, impact energy of--40 ℃ for EH36 steel decreases with the increases of normalizing temperature.
