摘要
对比了C7~9羟肟酸、H205、L102和改性烷基羟肟酸对高泥铁复杂稀土的分选效果,其中改性烷基羟肟酸分选效果最好,稀土精矿品位与使用常规羟肟酸相近,回收率最高;以改性烷基羟肟酸为捕收剂,研究纯矿物氟碳铈矿在不同矿浆pH值下的浮选行为,在较宽的矿浆pH区间4~12内,可浮性较好,尤其pH=10,可浮性最好,氟碳铈矿浮选回收率为92.50%;采用傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)的手段,研究了改性烷基羟肟酸对氟碳铈矿浮选的作用机制,矿物表面可能发生了化学反应,存在稀土脂肪酸盐和-C=O-RE-O-N五元环螯合物,而且存在大量疏水性C-C/C-H的吸附。
Separation effects of four collectors( C7 ~ 9 hydroximic acid,H205,L102 and modified alkyl hydroximic acid) on refractory RE ore with high content of slime and iron were compared. The separation effect of modified alkyl hydroximic acid was the best,REO grade was closed to that of C7 ~ 9 hydroximic acid and REO recovery was the highest. The floatation behavior of bastnaesite pure mineral in different pulp pH was studied in the system of modified alkyl hydroximic acid. In the broad pH range 4 ~ 12,the floatability of bastnaesite was good,especially pH 10,its floatability was the best and bastnaesite recovery was 92. 50%. The flotation mechanism of modified alkyl hydroximic acid was studied by FT-IR and XPS. Chemical reaction may happen,RE oleate,- C = O- RE- O- N five member ring chelate complex and huge amount of hydrophobic C- C / C- H may exist on bastnaesite surface.
