摘要
采用二氧化硅凝胶毡、特制真空材料和岩棉纤维毡构成的保温结构,通过改变保温层结构的体积,使其能达到设计技术要求。ANSYS仿真验证了该结构在电池正常运行工况下外壁温升不超过25℃,当将特制真空材料的温度控制在197.2℃时,特制真空材料的使用寿命提高了。
Silica gel mat,special vacuum material,and rock cotton fiber blanket are used to design an insulation structure.The insulation structure is varied by changing its volume to meet the technical requirements.ANSYS based simulation results show that the temperature at out layer of the structure is less than 25 ℃ while the special vacuum material temperature is controlled at 197.2 ℃ which demonstrates that the lifespan of the special vacuum material is prolonged.
