摘要
对在华境外非政府组织实施跨文化管理,目的是引导其健康有序地发展。鉴于在华境外非政府组织所面临的众多文化差异问题,结合对在华境外非政府组织文化差异产生根源的分析,构建了在华境外非政府组织跨文化管理的理论模型。在此基础上,提出了完善在华境外非政府组织跨文化管理的相关对策。
The aim of applying the cross- cultural management to the foreign NGOs in mainland of China is to guide the healthy and orderly development. In view of many problems of cultural differences that the foreign NGOs in mainland of China have faced with,as well as the analysis of the root of foreign NGOs in mainland of China through the cultural differences,this study builds a theory model of foreign NGOs in mainland of China cross- cultural management. On this basis,the paper puts forward some advices for perfecting the foreign NGOs in mainland of China cross- cultural management.
