摘要
本文以钛酸酯偶联剂和硅烷偶联剂作为大理石加工废料表面改性剂,将大理石废料表面由亲水性改性为亲油性,以实现其与有机溶剂的结合,增大其在复合材料中的应用领域。文章通过对改性后的废料进行活化指数、BET和吸油值分析和讨论。结果表明:钛酸酯偶联剂和硅烷偶联剂对大理石废料都存在一定程度的表面包覆,使废料表面由亲水性转为亲油性,且钛酸酯偶联剂对大理石废料的改性效果优于硅烷酯偶联剂。
In this article, titanate coupling agent and silane coupling agent are used as surface modification agent of marble processing waste, attempt to make the surface of marble processing waste from hydrophily to lipophilicity, in order to realize its combination with organic solvent and increase its application in composite materials.This paper through the analysis of the activation index, BET and oil absorption value analysis to evaluate the modification effect.and show that the titanate coupling agent and silane coupling agent can make the waste surface from hydrophi!ic to lipophilic, and ihe modified effects of titanate coupling agent is better than silane agent.
