摘要 综述了变频电机电线电缆用热塑性树脂的研究进展。用高密度聚乙烯制备的电缆料的加工性能好、流动性能好,满足在高速挤出生产线上生产绝缘料对技术、产品加工性能的特殊要求。由于环保要求提高,聚氯乙烯(PVC)材料造成的环境问题使我国PVC电缆料的发展呈下降趋势;但用PVC制备的电缆价格低廉、阻燃性好、电绝缘性好,所以短期内无法完全禁止PVC的使用。聚丙烯具有良好的耐高温性能且易于加工,环境湿度、温度的变化不会影响聚丙烯的电性能,因此,聚丙烯是电缆料中不可或缺的重要组成部分。未来还需开发符合欧盟标准的环保PVC电缆料及其他高端电缆料。 This paper provides an overview of progress in thermoplastic resin for wire and cable of variable frequency motor. The cable fabricated from high density polyethylene features good performance in processing and mobility, it meets the technical and products requirements of high speed extrusion production line that produces insulating material. The environmental problems caused by polyvinyl chloride(PVC) delays its development in cable material with the stricter environmental regulations; while the cable made from PVC cannot be disabled in a short time due to its properties such as electrical insulation, flame retardation and low costs. Polypropylene on the other hand works well in high temperature resistance and processing, the changes of humidity and temperature exert no impact on its electrical properties, which makes it a common choice in cable material. Environmental friendly PVC cable materials in accordance with EU standards need to be developed in future as well as other high-end cable materials.
