5%调环酸钙EA对小麦生长和光合作用的影响 被引量:15

摘要 为探明调环酸钙对小麦生长和光合作用的影响,设置不同剂量的5%调环酸钙EA分别对豫麦035和周麦22进行田间试验。结果表明:在小麦拔节前7~10d施用5%调环酸钙EA 40~160g/667m2,可矮化植株高度,降低节间长度、增加茎粗,提高光合速率、千粒重和增加产量。其中,施用5%调环酸钙EA 160g/667m2的产量最高,豫麦035和周麦22的籽粒产量分别达630.52kg/667m2和583.57kg/667m2,较对照(CK)分别增产12.70%和10.26%。5%调环酸钙EA对小麦安全有效,无药害,可在小麦上推广使用。 To determine the influence of Prohexadione-calcium(Pro-Ca)to growth and photosynthesis of wheat,the field trials of Pro-Ca 5% EA were carried out on wheat cultivars of Yunong 035 and Zhoumai 22 respectively.The results showed that Pro-Ca can dwarf plant height,reduce internode length,increase stem diameter,also improve photosynthetic rate,1 000 grain weight and increase yield when sprayed on wheat at 40~160g/667m2 in 7~10days before jointing stage.It was the most remarkable that Pro-Ca 5% EA sprayed on wheat at 160g/667m2.Their grain yield were 630.52kg/667m2 on Yunong 035 and 583.57kg/667m2 on Zhoumai 22 and increased by 12.70% and 10.26% respectively compared with contrast design(CK).Pro-Ca 5% EA is safe and effective to wheat and has no observable phytotoxicity in field trials,so it cowld be widely applicated on wheat.
