摘要
为筛选出果实品质良好的刺梨资源,以收集到的贵州11个县市共242份野生刺梨为材料,测定单果重、可溶性固形物、可滴定酸、可溶性总糖及维生素C含量等品质指标。结果表明:单果重,福泉市刺梨样品最大,平均为(14.04±3.73)g;最小的是绥阳刺梨,为(9.62±2.83)g。平均可溶性固形物含量,遵义样品最高,为(14.07±3.84)%;兴义样品最低,为(10.54±1.34)%。平均可滴定酸含量,福泉市最高,为(0.86±0.20)%;罗甸县的最低,为(0.59±0.12)%。可溶性总糖含量,平坝县的样品最高,平均为(3.25±1.16)%;罗甸县的最低,为(1.96±0.66)%。维生素C含量,遵义样品的最高,平均含量达2 318.38mg/100g;惠水的最低,为(1 035.00±96.55)mg/100g。结论:贵州不同地区野生刺梨果实品质表现存在很大的差异,具有筛选出优良或特色资源的巨大潜力,其中盘县、安龙和遵义地区的刺梨可作为良好的资源进行开发利用。
The single fruit weight,soluble solid,titratable acidity,total soluble sugar and vitamin C of242 wild R.roxburghii germplasm resources collected from 11 counties and cities,Guizhou were determined to screen R.roxburghii germplasm resources with good fruit quality.Results:The average single fruit weight of the samples from Fuquan County is the maximum(14.04± 3.73)g and the sample from Suiyang County is the minimum(9.62±2.83)g.The average soluble solid content of the sample from Zunyi City is the maximum(14.07±3.84)%and the sample from Xingyi City is the minimum(10.54±1.34)%.The average titratable acid content of the sample from Fuquan County is the maximum(0.86± 0.20)% and the sample from Luodian County is the minimum(0.59±0.12)%.The average soluble sugar content of the sample from Pingba County is the maximum(3.25±1.16)% and the sample from Luodian County is the minimum(1.96±0.660)%.The average vitamin C content of the sample from Zunyi City is the maximum 2 318.38 mg/100 g and the sample from Huishui County is the minimum(1 035.00 ± 96.55)mg/100 g.In conclusion,there is a great difference in fruit quality of wild R.roxburghii germplasm resources among different regions,which indicates there is a huge potential in selection of wild R.roxburghii germplasm resources with good and special fruit quality. Wild R.roxburghii germplasm resources from Pan County,Anlong County and Zunyi City can be used as good resources for development and utilization of wild R.roxburghii germplasm resources in Guizhou.
