摘要
为烟蚜茧蜂防治烟蚜技术推广的规模化繁蜂提供依据,采用单因素试验方法研究漂浮苗和成株期2个不同生育期烟草对繁蚜量、烟蚜茧蜂繁蜂量以及繁蜂成本的影响。结果表明:烟草成株繁蜂法60d内烟蚜茧蜂繁蜂量达4 560头/株,生产成本为2 674.21头僵蚜/元,实际生产成本1 500头烟蚜茧蜂/元;漂浮苗繁蜂法40d内烟蚜茧蜂繁蜂量为143.15头/株,生产成本为1 968.09头僵蚜/元,实际生产成本1 000头烟蚜茧蜂/元。结论:成株繁蜂法繁蜂量高、成本低,而漂浮苗繁蜂法繁育周期短。
The effects of floating tobacco seedling and adult tobacco plant stage raising methods on Myzus persicae reproduction amount,A.gifuensis reproduction amount and reproduction cost were studied by single-factor test to provide the scientific basis for large-scale reproduction of A.gifuensis in biological control of M.persicae.Results:The A.gifuensis amount reproduced by the adult tobacco plant method reaches 4 560/plant within 60 d.The production cost is 2 674.21 parasitized aphids and real production cost is 1 500 A.gifuensis/yuan.The A.gifuensis amount reproduced by the floating tobacco seedling method is 143.15/seedling within 40 d.The production cost is 1 968.09 parasitized aphids and real production cost is 1 000 A.gifuensis/yuan.In conclusion,the A.gifuensis/yuan reproduction method of adult tobacco plants has the advantages of higher A.gifuensis reproduction amount and lower production cost but the A.gifuensis reproduction method of floating tobacco seedlings has the advantage of short reproduction period.
