摘要
目的:探讨多媒体影像在实施糖尿病健康教育中对糖尿病患者依从性的影响。方法:对四川省巴中市某医院161例接受治疗的糖尿病住院患者采用多媒体教学、看书自学及同伴教育的方式,实施糖尿病健康教育。结果:受试者经过多媒体影像健康教育后,糖尿病知识水平总评分由健康教育前的(1.17±0.507)提高到(4.14±0.446),依从性总评分由(1.34±0.599)提高到(4.00±0.613);总评分及各维度得分变化均具有显著性(均P<0.05)。多媒体影像健康教育后患者的糖尿病知识掌握程度及依从性提高。结论:多媒体影像实施糖尿病健康教育有助于提高患者自我管理能力和依从性,以图像、视频为主的多媒体教学方式尤其适用于文化程度低、接受能力差的患者。
Objective :To investigate the effect of the multimedia health education on diabetic compliances. Method: Health education that contains multimedia knowledge teaching, encouraging reading and peer education was conducted on 161 diabetics in a hospital of Bazhong, Sichuan. Result: Mter the health education, the total score of diabetic knowledge level of the patients increased from( 1.17 ± 0.507 ) to (4.14 ± 0. 446), the total score of compliance increased from ( 1.34 ± 0. 599 ) to (4.00 ± 0. 613 ) ; the total score and each dimension score are both significant( P 〈 0.05 ). Diabetic knowledge level and comphance of the patients are both improved. Conclusion :The health education with multimedia is an effective way to improve the patient's self - management ability and compliance. The health education based on image and video is especially suitable for the patients with less education and receptivity.
