摘要
炎症反应参与不稳定型动脉粥样斑块的形成到破裂全过程,炎症因子、氧化型低密度脂蛋白、金属蛋白酶、胱抑素C及同型半胱氨酸等与不稳定性斑块密切相关。该文对与不稳定型斑块相关的炎症标记物做一综述。
The inflammatory reaction is involved in the process from formation to rupture of unstable atherosclerotic plaque.Inflammatory cytokines,oxidized low-density lipoprotein,metalloproteinases,cystatin C and homocysteine are closely related to the unstable plaque.The inflammatory markers associated with unstable plaque were reviewed.
