摘要
提出一种采用纯软件仿真方式对逻辑控制软件进行验证的方法并详细介绍了其设计思路及具体实现方法。基于Lab VIEW搭建一个纯PC软件的TCU控制逻辑仿真平台,用来模拟各种工况下TCU外部逻辑环境的数据流,并通过OPC协议与TCU逻辑控制软件进行实时数据交互。应用结果表明,该仿真测试平台在不需要任何TCU硬件和外部环境的情况下有效地验证逻辑控制软件中各种控制功能的正确性,大大提高了调试的便利性和工作效率。
A pure-software simulation method was proposed to test and verify logic control software,and the design ideas and concrete implementation was introduced.A pure PC software simulation test platform for TCU control logic was designed based on Lab VIEW software to simulate the data stream of TCU outside logic environment,and realized real-time data exchange by OPC protocol and TCU logic control software.Result of application indicated that the simulation test platform could test and verify all kinds of control functionsof of logic control software with the absence of any TCU hardware and outside environment,which improved the debugging convenience and work efficiency effectively.
