羟基聚硅氧烷共聚物的合成与表征

摘要 以乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基二乙氧基硅烷和二甲基二乙氧基硅烷为原料,通过水解缩聚得到羟基聚硅氧烷共聚物。采用红外光谱对其进行结构表征,并对催化剂种类、p H值、反应温度、反应时间、原料比对聚硅氧烷共聚物羟基含量的影响进行了探讨。聚硅氧烷共聚物较佳的合成工艺为:乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、二苯基二乙氧基硅烷和二甲基二乙氧基硅烷的量之比为2∶1∶1,去离子水用量0.2 mol,0.25 mol/L醋酸(醋酸质量分数0.2%)为催化剂,p H值为4,反应温度75℃,反应时间4 h。在此工艺下,可得到羟基质量分数为13.88%的羟基聚硅氧烷共聚物。 Hydroxyl polysiloxane copolymer was synthesized by hydroxylation of vinyl triethoxysilane,diethoxy diphenyl silane and dimethylethoxysilane,whose structure was characterized by FTIR spectra. Then the types of catalyst,p H value,reaction temperature and time,ratio of raw materials on the content of hydroxyl polysiloxane copolymer were discussed. Results showed that the optimal conditions were that 0. 25 mol / L acetic acid as catalyst,0. 2% wt addictives,0. 2mol water,p H value of 4,75℃ for 4h,and the ratio of vinyl triethoxy silane,diphenyl diethoxy silane and methyl diethoxy silane was 2 ∶ 1 ∶ 1,thus the mass fraction of hydroxyl polysiloxane copolymer was 13. 88%.
