摘要 以硅烷改性聚氨酯(SPU)预聚体为基胶,纳米活性碳酸钙及气相法白炭黑为补强填料,制得快速硫化有机硅改性聚氨酯密封胶。探讨了增塑剂、偶联剂、催化剂及纳米活性碳酸钙与气相法白炭黑用量对有机硅改性聚氨酯密封胶性能的影响。较佳配方为:SPU预聚体100份、聚丙二醇60份、气相法白炭黑20份、纳米恬性碳酸钙100份、抗氧化剂0.5份、A-171为8份、KH 550为4份、催化剂0.4份。密封胶在温度25℃,相对湿度50%条件下硫化10天后,拉伸强度1.53 MPa,伸长率375%,硫化深度4.8 mm,表干时间5 min。 The fast curing silicone modified sealant Synthesis of were prepared with SPUR + prepolymers as the basic material,nano-Ca CO3 and aerosil as the reinforcing fillers. Effects of the amount of plasticizer,silane coupling agent,catalyst,nano-Ca CO3 and aerosil on the properties of the silicone sealant were discussed. Results showed that the formulation of the silicone sealant was that with 100 parts of SPUR + prepolymers,60 parts of PPG4000,20 parts of aerosil,100 parts of nano-Ca CO3,0. 5 parts of antioxidant,8 parts of A-171,4 parts of KH-550,0. 4 part of catalyst,the sealant was exposed under 25℃ and 50% relative humidity for 10 days,it had the tensile strength of 1. 53 MPa,the elongation of 375%,the curing depth of 4. 8mm,and the surface dry time of 5 min.
