摘要
目的测定粪肠球菌的耐药情况,了解污染肉食品的肠球菌的耐药现状。方法从各集贸市场的零售鲜肉和熟肉制品中分离提纯粪肠球菌,采用K-B纸片扩散法进行药物敏感性分析。结果 47株粪肠球菌对头孢氨噻肟、四环素、卡那霉素、复方新诺明、新霉素耐药性较高,耐药率分别达到86.1%、63.4%、60.0%、56.8%、55.0%;对氯霉素、替考拉宁、呋喃妥因、氨苄青霉素敏感性较高,敏感率分别达到了77.5%、76.1%、74.4%、73.8%,但也发现了对替考拉宁和高水平链霉素、庆大霉素耐药性菌株,这在非医院内感染的肠球菌菌株中尚未见报道。通过对两种不同来源的粪肠球菌的药物敏感性分析,两种不同来源的粪肠球菌对22种抗生素的耐药性有所不同,均出现了糖肽类抗生素抗性菌株,且鲜肉样品中还出现了四株高水平链霉素抗性菌株和两株高水平庆大霉素抗性菌株。另外,对临床常用的青霉素和氟哌酸等抗性,鲜肉也比熟肉分离菌株高。结论粪肠球菌表现为多重耐药。
objective Detecting 47 Enterococcus faecalis , to learn the drug resistance.Methods 47 Enterococci faecalis were saparated and purified from retail meat and cooked meat products at a rural fairs, using K-B susceptibility test disk diffusion method., Results The 47 enterococcus faecalis have higher resistance to cephalexin cefotaxime, tetracycline, kanamycin, sulfamethoxazole, neomycin,resistance up to 86.1% ,63.4 % ,60.0 % ,56.8 % ,55.0 %; while it have higher sensitivity to chloramphenicol, teicoplanin, nitrofurantoin, ampicillin, sensitivity up to 77.5 %, 76.1%, 74.4 % ,73.8 %. It also found high level of teicoplanin and streptomycin, gentamicin resistant strains, which in non-hospital strains of Enterococcus infection has not been reported. By two different sources of drug susceptibility in Enterococcus faecalis, Enterocoecus faecalis two different sources of resistance to common used antibiotics were significantly different. The isolated strains of Enterococcus faecalis all appeared Glycopeptide antibiotic resistance, there was even four high-level streptomycin resistant strains and two high-level gentamicin resistant strains in fresh meat samples In addition, commonly used in clinical resistance to penicillin and ciprofloxacin, etc., fresh meat isolated higher than cooked meat. Conclusion Enterococcus faecalis showed multi-drug resistant.
