摘要
目的观察耳保健操对听力下降老年人听力功能、语言交流能力及听力下降程度方面的影响。方法将70例听力下降老年人随机分为实验组与对照组。实验组实施听力健康宣教和18周的耳保健操干预,对照组实施听力健康宣教。干预前两组老年人进行纯音听阈测听、言语识别率测量及老年人听力障碍量表筛查版问卷测评,干预18周后再重复测量1次。结果干预后,两组听力下降老年人语言频率平均听阈比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),高频区听力差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组听力下降老年人言语识别率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组干预前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组干预前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组听力下降老年人客观测量的听力损失程度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),主观测量的听力损失程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论耳保健操可以改善轻中度听力下降老年人部分听力功能、语言交流能力及主观测量的听力下降程度,可作为防治或延缓老年人听力下降的日常康复护理措施。
Objective To investigate the effects of an ear health exercise on hearing function,language communication ability,degree of hearing loss for older people. Methods Thirty elderly with hearing loss were randomly divided into 2 groups :7 cases in the experimental group and 37 cases in the control group. Participants in the experimental group received an ear health exercise,and 2 groups received routine treatment and care. Two groups completed the pure-tone audiometry,speech discrimination score,the Hearing Handicap Inventory for the Elderly (HHIE-S) after 18-week intervention. Results The average hearing threshold area after intervention in two groups had significant difference(P〈0.05). The SDS was significantly different(P〈0.01) after intervention in two groups and was different before and after intervention in the experimental group,and was not different before and after intervention in the control group. The degree of hearing loss by objective measuring was not different after intervention in two groups(P〉0.05),and was significantly different in degree of hearing loss by subjective measuring(P〈0.01). Conclusion Using ear health exercise could improve certain hearing function,language communication ability and degree of hearing loss by objective measuring. It can be used as daily rehabilitation measures to prevent or delay hearing loss for the elderly.
