摘要
为了能够快速准确地测量惯性导航系统中的惯性组件电流/频率转换电路(I/F转换电路)的性能参数,文中设计了一套I/F转换电路测试系统。由程控恒流源对被测系统提供恒值电流信号、正弦电流信号以及瞬态阶跃电流信号,通过设计的频率测量电路对其输出的频率信号进行精确的测量,实现了对I/F转换电路的静态、动态、暂态3种响应特性的分析。
In order to measure the performance parameters of inertial component current/frequency conversion circuit( I/F conversion circuit) in inertial navigation system in a fast and accurate measurement,in this paper,a test system of I/F converter circuit was designed. The constant current signal,sinusoidal current signal and transient step signal of the system were provided by the program controlled constant current source. Accurate measurement of the frequency signal of the output of the frequency measurement circuit was done,and static,dynamic and transient responses of three kinds of I/F converter circuits were analyzed.
