摘要
目的:建立全自动生化分析仪测定水中钙含量的方法。方法:运用全自动生化分析仪的自动化操作程序,采用偶氮胂Ⅲ终点法测定水中钙含量,观察方法的准确度、精密度。结果本实验方法在线性范围0-100mg/L内,线性良好,相关系数r=0.9999。相对标准偏差在0.13%~0.78%之间,回收率为99.90%~100.03%,平均回收率99.97%。结论:应用全自动分析仪的自动化操作程序代替人工比色法测定水中钙含量,方法的精密度、准确度均能满足水中钙含量的测定要求。
Established method for the determination of calcium content in the water by automatic biochemical analyzer.[Methods]Using automatic biochemical analyzer automated procedures,determination of calcium content in water using Arsenazo Ⅲ end- point method,the accuracy and precision of observation method. [Results]The experimental method within the linear range 0 ~ 100 mg / L,a good linear correlation coefficient r = 0. 9999. The relative standard deviation between 0. 13% and 0. 78% and the recovery was 99. 90% ~ 100. 03%,the average recovery 99. 97%. [Conclusion]Determination of calcium content in water by automatic analysis,instead of doing colorimetry can achieve the operational process automation,precision and accuracy of the method can meet the determination of calcium content in water.
