摘要
目的：探讨在小儿肠套叠诊断中应用高频超声检查的方法及应用价值.方法：从某院2012年3月-2015年3月收治的肠套叠患儿中选取53例为研究对象,分别对其进行高频超声检查及低频超声检查,对比两种检查方法的检出率及声像图.结果：高频超声检出率为92.45%,同低频超声71.70%比较,明显较高（P 〈0.05）;高频超声检查声像图同低频超声检查比较,更为清晰.结论：高频超声检查在小儿肠套叠诊断中应用,准确性高,能为临床治疗提供有效指导,具有较高临床价值.
Objective:To investigate the method and application significance of high frequency ultrasound in diagnosis of pediatric intussusception.Methods:53cases of children with intussusception treated in a hospital from March 2012 to 2015 March were selected as the research objects,and were given high frequency ultrasound and low frequency ultrasound respectively,compare detection rate and sonogram of the two methods.Results:The detection rate of high frequency ultrasound was 92.45%,significantly higher than the 71.70% of low frequency ultrasound(P<0.05);the high frequency ultrasonography was clearer than low frequency ultrasonography.Conclusion:Application of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of pediatric intussusception has high accuracy,and can provide effective guidance and has high clinical value.
