摘要
用压力可控T形燃烧器研究了6种燃烧稳定剂ZrO2、WC、Al2O3、ZrB2、SiC和BN对RDX-CMDB推进剂不稳定燃烧的抑制规律,获得了压力耦合响应函数;讨论了不同压力及不同固有频率时燃烧稳定剂对推进剂燃烧稳定性的影响。结果表明,固有频率1 700Hz和800Hz下,6种燃烧稳定剂对RDX-CMDB推进剂不稳定燃烧的抑制作用具有显著差异。固有频率800Hz时,ZrO2能够完全消除RDX-CMDB推进剂的不稳定燃烧;Al2O3仅在1.3MPa左右出现压力振荡;WC、SiC对RDX-CMDB推进剂的不稳定燃烧抑制作用随含量不同抑振区间不同;ZrB2对RDX-CMDB推进剂的不稳定燃烧抑制效果不明显;而BN则在1.5MPa有高的燃烧响应。固有频率1 700Hz时,6种燃烧稳定剂均降低了RDX-CMDB推进剂的压力耦合响应函数,但降幅不同,其中SiC的降幅最大,ZrB2降幅最小。
The inhibiting rules of six kinds of combustion stabilizers ZrO_2,WC、Al_2O_3,ZrB_2,SiC,BN on the unstable combustion of RDX-CMDB propellant were researched by apressure controlled T-shaped burner,and the pressure coupling response functions were obtained.The effects of combustion stablizers on the combustion stabilization of propellants under different pressures and frequencies were discussed.The results show that the inhibiting effects of six kinds of combustion stabilizers on the unstable combustion of RDX-CMDB propellant under the frequencies of 1 700 Hz and800Hz are significantly different.Under the frequency of 800 Hz,ZrO_2 can completely eliminate the unstable combustion of RDX-CMDB propellant,Al_2O_3 appears pressure oscillation only at about 1.3MPa,the anti oscillation interval of inhibiting effects of WC and SiC on the unstable combustion phenomenon of RDX-CMDB propellant with different contents are different.ZrB_2 has no obvious inhabiting effect for the unstable combustion of RDX-CMDB propellant,whereas BN has high combustion response under 1.5MPa.Under the frequency of 1 700 Hz,six kinds of combustion stabilizers decrease the pressure coupling response function of RDX-CMDB propellant,but the decrease is different.Among them,SiC has the largest decrease and ZrB_2 has the smallest decrease.
