不同涂料在竹家具表面渗透性微观结构分析

摘要 选择竹家具2种结构的平压板和侧压板板材,用聚氨酯漆、醇酸漆、硝基漆和水性漆等涂料对其表面进行涂饰,力求通过结构、涂料变化来表征涂料渗透性能。结果表明:聚氨酯漆在竹平压板表面漆渗透性好,水性漆较差;聚氨酯漆、醇酸漆、硝基漆在侧压板表面渗透深度差异不显著,水性漆则基本不渗透;在实际生产中,家具水平构件选择平压结构板,立面构件选择侧压结构板,根据家具实际需要选择更加合理的涂料。 By choosing two structural glued laminated bamboo,the flat pressed and side-join pressed panel,as a substrate for furniture finishing,using solvent based PU,AC and NC and water based PU coatings,the paper aims at representing the coating permeability by the structural change and the use of different paints. The results showed that the permeability of flat-pressed panel was better by using the solvent based PU while water-based PU was poorer. The permeability depth was not significant using solvent based PU,AC and NC coatings in side- join pressed panel. There was basically not permeability by using water based PU. In practical manufacture process,the flat pressed panel is suitable for horizontal furniture component while the side-join pressed panel is suitable for facade parts. Appropriate coatings should be chosen for specifically-structured furniture.
