摘要
目的研究循证护理在晚期青年肺癌病人疼痛护理中的应用。方法选择在该院进行治疗的晚期青年肺癌病人60例,病人的收治时间均在2014年1月—2015年5月期间,将60例晚期青年肺癌病人随机分成两组,每组30例,其中一组病人接受常规护理,称为常规组,另一组病人接受循证护理,称为循证组,采用模糊数字评分法对常规组病人及循证组病人的疼痛程度进行评分,采用生活质量量表对两组病人的生活质量进行评分,并记录常规组患者及循证组患者的并发症发生情况,进行比较。结果循证组病人的疼痛评分为(5.24±1.20)分,明显低于常规组病人的疼痛评分(7.58±2.11)分,差异有统计学意义(即P<0.05);循证组病人经过护理后,生活质量各维度评分均高于常规组患者,差异具有统计学意义(即P<0.05);循证组患者的并发症发生率明显低于常规组患者,差异有统计学意义(即P<0.05)。结论对晚期青年肺癌病人进行循证护理,能有效减轻病人的疼痛程度,提高病人生活质量,降低患者的并发症发生率,循证护理在晚期青年肺癌病人疼痛护理中具有很大的应用价值。
Objective To study the evidence-based nursing in the application of the advanced youth lung cancer pain patients nursing. Methods In our hospital for treatment of advanced youth of 60 cases of lung cancer patients, patients treated time are from January 2014 to May 2015, 60 cases of advanced youth lung cancer patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group 30 cases,one group of patients receiving routine nursing,known as the conventional group,another group of patients accepted evidence-based nursing,known as evidence-based group, by using conventional method of fuzzy number score group and level of pain in patients with evidence-based group score,the quality of life scale to scores of two groups of patients＇ quality of life,and record the regular group of patients and evidence-based group of patients with complications,the comparison. Results Evidence-based group of patient＇s pain score（5.24±1.20）,significantly lower than normal group of the patient＇s pain score（7.58±2.11） points and differences statistically significant（P〈0.05）; Evidence-based group patients after care, quality of life of each dimension score were higher than conventional group of patients, the difference is statistically significant（P 0.05）;Complications in patients with evidence-based group was obviously lower than that of conventional group of patients, differences are statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence-based nursing of youth in late lung cancer patients can effectively relieve patients＇ pain degree,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the incidence of complications in patients with evidence-based nursing in the late youth pain nursing care of patients with lung cancer has great application value.
