摘要 目的探讨快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测诊断小儿肺炎支原体感染的效果。方法选取2014年10月—2015年10月该院儿科收治的90例肺炎支原体感染患儿作为研究对象,所有患儿均经临床检查确诊,对所有患儿均进行血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测,分析两种检测方法的诊断效果。结果经快速血清学检查,77例患儿MP-Ig M抗体水平显示为阳性,阳性率为85.6%。微生物快速培养结果 :对13例患儿进行痰标本培养,13例均为支原体阳性,阳性率为14.4%;细菌阳性6例,阳性率为6.7%。血清学检测中年龄分段4~8岁的患儿阳性率与1~4岁、8~12岁患儿相比明显较高(P〈0.05)。结论快速血清学检验和微生物快速培养检测诊断小儿肺炎支原体感染效果显著,快速、准确,临床运用价值显著。 Objective To study the rapid serological testing rapid culture detection and microbiological diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children effects. Methods October 2014 and October 2015 Pediatrics treatment of 90 cases of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children with study, all patients were diagnosed by clinical examination and serological testing for all children and rapid culture detection of microorganisms and analysis of two methods for detection of diagnostic results. Results Rapid serological examination, 77 cases of MP-Ig M antibody level in children with positive, positive rate for 85.6%. Microorganism culture results: a total of 13 cases of sputum culture, 13 cases were positive for Mycoplasma positive rate for 14.4%; 6 cases of bacteria, the positive rate for 6.7%. Age segment in a serological test in children with 4~8 positive rates significantly higher compared with children with 1~4, 8~12(P〈0.05). Conclusion Rapid serological testing and microbial rapid culture diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children is effective, fast, accurate, clinical application significantly.
