摘要
利用分析软件模拟摄像头壳体的注塑成型过程。通过分析填充时间,保压压力对充填过程、气穴、熔接线及翘曲的影响,得出可以成形质量较好产品的工艺参数。实际生产的产品无缺陷,满足质量要求。合理采用CAE软件在缩短产品生产周期、减少试模次数方面具有很大优势。
The injection molding process of a camera shell is simulated by using analysis software.The influence of fill time and packing pressure on fill process,air traps,weld lines and deflection are analyzed,and better process parameters are got.As a result,the product without defects meets the quality requirement.It has great advantages in shortening the period of production and reduction of the number of molding trials by appropriately using CAE software.
