摘要 首先,对3D打印在零部件形状、材料、层次和功能复杂性等方面的突破进行了介绍,并说明了3D打印对各行各业具有的重要意义;然后,介绍了3D打印技术在工业领域的应用现状,包括3D打印直接整体成形及其与铸造、热等静压、机加工等传统工艺相结合的应用实例;最后,总结了中国3D打印技术在应用时所面临的问题,指出中国3D打印技术的产业化不仅要突破关键技术,还应有完善的指导思想,并需要政策层面的支持。 It firstly introduces the characteristics of 3D printing. Comparing with the traditional processing,3D printing has made a great break- through in the performance complexity of the form,material,layer and function. Combining with the status of industrial application of 3D printing,it presents some typical examples such as the incorporating of 3D printing with casting,mold fabricating,hot isocratic pressing and machining. Finally,based on the problems faced by the 3D printing so far,it proposes some suggestions for the industrialization of 3D printing.
