摘要
运用相似材料模拟方法和数字散斑的测试原理,对平顶山十矿近距离下保护层开采进行模拟实验,研究保护层己18煤层开采后上覆岩层的移动规律和具有煤与瓦斯突出危险性的己15-16煤层的卸压效果。研究结果表明:己18煤层工作面开采后顶板垮落带高度约为8.2 m,裂隙带的高度约为29.7 m,且被保护层位于裂隙带的中下部;随着保护层工作面的不断开采,被保护层的垂直应力依次呈"V"型、"U"型和"W"型的应力分布,己15-16煤层原始应力约下降了24%;被保护层己15-16煤层的膨胀变形量为11.16‰~21.9‰。该实验为研究平顶山十矿近距离下保护层开采的卸压效果分析、覆岩移动规律和巷道布置等提供理论基础。
Using Similar material simulation experiment and digital speckle technique to simulate mining the closedistance under-protecting coal stratum in Pingdingshan tenth coal mine,and study the overlying formation 's movement and depressurization efficiency of Ji15-16 coal seam with coal and gas outburst hazard after mining Ji18 coal seam. The results showed that: The height of caving zone is about 8. 2 m and the height of the fractured zone is29. 7 m after the mining of Ji18 coal seam,and protected seam is located in the lower part of the fractured zone; the style of stress distributions of protected seam is "V""U"and "W"with mining protective layer,and the original stress of Ji15-16 seam has declined by about 24%; The swelling deformation rate of protected Ji15-16 coal seam is11. 16 ‰-21. 9 ‰. The experiment provides theory basis for the effect on pressure relief,the overlying formation's movement and roadway layout of lower protective seam mining analysis in Pingdingshan tenth coal mine.
