摘要
基于目前常用的两种永磁联轴器:鼠笼式联轴器和盘式联轴器,提出了混合式永磁联轴器,这种新型联轴器具有轴向、径向力处于相对平衡的特点,能够解决传统鼠笼式磁力联轴器的径向不稳定和盘式磁力联轴器的轴向不稳定性,降低材料的刚度和强度要求以及安装成本。基于磁荷库伦定律,建立数学模型,对其传动转矩进行数值求解,并通过仿真实验方法对该转矩计算公式进行验证,探索该联轴器的传动特性。利用MATLAB对实验数据进行处理,对公式进行改进,使转矩计算公式包含永磁体所有的结构参数,得到能够应用于工程设计的转矩计算公式。
Based on the commonly used two kinds of permanent magnetic coupling,squirrel-cage and disc magnetic coupling,a hybrid permanent magnet coupling was proposed. The new coupling has a characteristic that axial force and radial force are in a relatively balance,and can solve squirrel-cage magnetic coupling's radial instability and disc magnetic coupling's axial instability,reduce both the requirements of stiffness and strength of materials and the cost of installation. Based on the magnetic Coulomb law,establishes the mathematical model,and the numerical solution of its driving torque could be calculated and verified by experimental methods,and explores the transmission characteristics of the coupling. Finally solves these experimental data in the use of MATLAB,and improves the formula,so that the formula contains all of the structural parameters of the permanent magnet,which could be applied to engineering design.
