摘要
某款纯电动城市客车在山区城市运行中存在动力性不足、行驶里程短等问题。为了能增强其动力、增加其续驶里程,对其动力系统进行了结构分析和参数匹配,提出一种增强其动力供给的增程式匹配方案,将原纯电动城市客车改造为增程式城市客车。利用Cruise软件建立增程式城市客车整车仿真模型,采用恒温控制策略,对所匹配的动力系统参数分别在三种不同的工况下进行纯电动模式和增程模式的仿真分析。结果表明,改造后的增程式城市客车的动力系统参数匹配较合理,其动力性和行驶里程均明显提升。
Insufficient power,short driving range and other issues exist in a pure electric city bus in the hilly city. In order to enhance its power and increase its driving range,it carriesout a structural analysis and parameter matching for its power system,proposes a matching scheme to enhance the power supply and increases the driving range,transforms the original pure electric city bus to the range extended city bus. Uses cruise software to establish the simulation model of the range extended city bus,adopts temperature control strategy,carriesout simulation analysis of the matched power system parameters in pure electric mode and range extended mode under three different conditions. The results show that the matched parameters of powertrain for the range extended city bus is more reasonable compared with the original models,and its power performance and driving range has significantly improved.
