摘要 为提升3D打印设备的质量和工艺、优化产品功能并降低打印成本,以光固化成型工艺及设备为研究对象,结合现代设计中的功能化理念,分析设备自身固有的机械特性及运动关系,建立了增材制造工艺过程中各功能之间的关系矩阵和液滴粘结模型;解决了打印工艺过程中的关键技术问题;设计了4点调平装置,提出三维模型高效分层处理方案,研制出低成本、普及化及高效率的3D打印设备,为现代产品造型工艺提供新思路和方法。 In order to promote quality and process, optimize function and decrease cost of 3D printer, taking light curing forming process and equipment as research object, combined with functional concept in modern design, the natural mechanical features and motion relationships of equipments were analyzed, also the functional relationship matrix and droplet bonding model were established in additive manufacturing process, the key technical problems were solved in printing process, a fourpoint leveling device was designed and the 3D model of hierarchical scheme with high efficiency was put forward. So the 3D printing device with low-cost, universal and high efficient was constructed, which provides new ideas and methods for modern product modeling process.
