摘要 针对YY企业电子油门生产车间的布局规划,分别采用了传统的SLP方法和遗传模拟退火算法,并利用Proplanner软件对其两种方法获得的方案1、2进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明在零部件的搬运距离、搬运时间、搬运成本三方面,方案2明显优于方案1。从而说明在车间布局规划方面,遗传模拟退火算法比SLP更具可行性与合理性。 To study the layout planning for electronic accelerator production workshop of YY company, this paper uses SLP method and the genetic simulated annealing hybrid algorithm, and the Proplanner software to conduct the simulation research of the program 1, 2 obtained on the two methods. The simulation results show that the program 2 is obviously better than program 1 in the parts of the distance of transportation, handling time, handling cost, which means that the genetic simulated annealing hybrid algorithm is more feasible and rational than the SLP in the layout of a workshop.
