摘要
教师的实践智慧是在具体的教育教学活动中展现出来的,具有情景性、实践性、个体性、缄默性和动态生成性等特点。教师的专业发展过程也是教师实践智慧生成和检验的过程。实践性知识是教师实践智慧生成的知识基础,实践反思是教师实践智慧生成的推动力,对话交流与合作进一步提升了教师的实践智慧,"替代父母关系"则是教师实践智慧生成的情感基础。教师实践智慧不仅对教师群体的专业发展具有重要意义,而且对教师个体的专业发展也颇具影响。
Teachers' practical wisdom is displayed in the specific education teaching activities. It has situational,practicality,individuality,silent and dynamic generative. The process of teachers' professional development is also the process of the generation and possess of teachers' practical wisdom. Practical knowledge is the knowledge basic of the process of teachers' practical wisdom,practical reflection is the driving force for the process of teachers' practical wisdom,dialogue exchanges and cooperation will enhance teachers' practical wisdom in the further,"alternative parents relationship"is the emotional foundation of the process of teachers' practical wisdom. Teachers' practical wisdom not only have great significance to the teachers' group professional development,but also influent teachers' individual professional development.
