摘要
在简要介绍视象美的基础上,从语意视象和语形视象两个角度,对比分析了《逢雪宿芙蓉山主人》的三种英译文。研究发现,尽管个别地方略有不足,但是总体而言,无论是其内涵,还是其描写顺序,三种译文都较好地传达了原诗的语意视象之美。不过,就诗歌的建行形式而言,许渊冲译文比Fletcher和Hale译文更好地传达了原诗的语形视象之美。
Based on a brief introduction of the vision beauty,this paper comparatively analyzes the three translations of Seeking Shelter in Hibiscus Hill on a Snowy Night from the two perspectives of poetic image and form.Although there are some shortages,the three translations are able to show the vision beauty of the original poem as far as the poetic image,whether its connotation or description order,is concerned.In terms of poetic form beauty,the translation of Xu Yuanchong is much better than those of Fletcher and Hale.
