视神经脊髓炎合并下丘脑-垂体功能低下1例 被引量：3

摘要 视神经脊髓炎（neuromyelitis optica,NMO）是一种以视神经和脊髓同时或相继受累为主要特征的中枢神经系统炎性脱髓鞘病变。传统观念认为NMO不累及脑部,故长期以来人们将发病时有视神经以外的脑内病灶的病例排除在NMO诊断之外。近年来有国内外学者相继报道NMO并发下丘脑、室管膜细胞、脑干损害[2]的病例。NMO可影响下丘脑、内分泌系统功能，但多以单一内分泌腺功能受损多见，并发下丘脑、垂体、甲状腺、肾上腺、性腺功能损害的病例则少见，现报道1例视神经脊髓炎合并下丘脑一垂体功能低下病例，并结合文献进行讨论。
