摘要
低压电网中的三相不平衡问题直接影响电网的安全、经济运行,因此必须通过技术手段对低压电网三相不平衡问题进行自动调节,调节方式是在线路上安装一定数量的相间负荷转移开关,将这部分负荷作为调节负荷,主控单元采集台区三相负荷情况并进行三相不平衡度分析,并根据相间负荷转移开关的相位及负荷情况给出最优三相负荷转移调节策略,然后根据调节策略控制对应的相间负荷转移开关进行相间负荷转移,使台区三相负荷达到新的平衡状态。
As three-phase imbalance in the low-voltage power grid directly affects safe and economic operation of the grid,it is necessary to take technical measures to automatically adjust three-phase imbalance in the low-voltage grid,by installing a number of inter-phase load transfer switches on the line to use this part of load as regulating load. The main control unit collects information about three-phase imbalance in the transformer area,gives an optimal three-phase load transfer strategy according to the phase and load situation of the inter-phase load transfer switches,and then,based on the adjustment strategy,controls corresponding inter-phase load transfer switches for load transfer between phases so that the three-phase load in the transformer area may reach a new equilibrium.
