摘要 馈线自动化是提高配电网可靠性的重要措施,但其投入资金巨大。为了有效解决可靠性与经济性相矛盾的问题,结合10 k V配电网馈线自动化建设取得经济效益较少的实际情况,提出了馈线自动化差异化配置策略。首先,建立了辐射分段接线和联络分段接线2种可靠性计算模型;其次,对馈线自动化4种典型方式分别进行经济性分析;然后,提出了10 k V配电网馈线自动化优化配置实施流程,实现了以单位投资减少停电时间为最优化目标的配置策略。通过天津某区馈线自动化改造的实际工程案例,验证了差异化优化配置策略的可行性。 Feeder automation is an important measure to improve the reliability of distribution systems, and it needs a huge capital investment. In order to solve the conflicts between reliability and economic, combined with the fact that 10 kV feeder automation of distribution systems has made less benefit, a feeder automation differentiation strategy is pro- posed in this paper. First of all, two reliability calculation model including the radiation segment networks and contact segment networks are established. Secondly, the economic on four typical modes of feeder automation is analyed, and the automatic optimal procedure of 10 kV feeder automation is dericed for distribution systems, and the unit investment to reduce the outage time is realized as the optimization object allocation strategy. Finally, the actual feeder automation project case in a certain district of Tianjin City is constructed to verify the feasibility of configuration optimization differ- entiation strategy.
