摘要
目的分析品管圈活动提升检验科管理质量的效果。方法分析吉林省神经精神病医院检验科实施品管圈活动前后门诊患者满意度。结果实施品管圈活动后检验科门诊患者满意度高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动可提升检验科管理质量。
Objective To analysis of tube circle activities to improve the quality of laboratory management. Methods Analysis of Jilin provincial nerve and mental hospital clinical laboratory outpatients satisfaction before and after the implementation of quality management circle activity. Results After the implementation of quality control circle activity test of outpatient satisfaction significantly higher in prior to the implementation(P〈0.05). Conclusion Quality management circle activity can improve quality of clinical laboratory management.
