摘要
环境责任是企业社会责任的核心内容,具有明显的刚性特征。对温州中小民营企业环境责任进行随机调查,结果表明,存在企业环境责任意识淡薄、认知度偏低,企业环境责任管理措施与能力建设滞后,缺乏推进企业承担环境责任的外部推力及内在动力,企业环境绩效单一、环境信息披露自愿性不高等问题。为促使温州中小民营企业自觉履行环境责任,需要建立健全企业环境责任的法律约束和激励机制及政府监管和社会监督机制,提高企业环境责任意识。
Environmental responsibility is the core of enterprise social responsibility, and has obvious character.A random survey made to Wenzhou small and medium-sized private enterprises shows problems as follows： weak awareness and low recognition of environmental responsibility, lag environmental management measures and construction, lack of internal force of promoting enterprises to take the environmental responsibility, single performance of enterprises in environment and reluctance to release the environmental information. To ensure the responsibility of small and medium-sized enterprises, it is important to set and strengthen the legal constraint, incentive mechanism,the supervision mechanism from government and society on enterprises’ taking environmental responsibility to improve the consciousness of enterprise environmental responsibility.
