摘要
为研究泡沫温拌橡胶沥青的低温性能并探讨其评价指标,对泡沫温拌橡胶沥青和发泡后温拌苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(styrene-butadiene-styrene,SBS)改性沥青进行了延度试验、弯曲梁流变试验和动态剪切流变试验,探讨采用延度值、蠕变劲度模量S和玻璃化转变温度Tg评价泡沫温拌橡胶沥青低温性能指标的合理性。研究结果表明:在低温条件下,蠕变劲度模量S和玻璃化转变温度Tg的数据显示泡沫温拌橡胶沥青低温性能优于泡沫温拌SBS改性沥青,但延度值数据呈现相异结论。分析认为延度值不适宜评价泡沫温拌橡胶沥青的低温性能,而玻璃化转变温度Tg作为低温性能评价指标具有一定的可行性。
For the study of low temperature performance of foamed warm mixed crumb rubber modified asphalt and evaluation indexes,the ductility test,bending beam rheometer( BBR) test and dynamic shear rheological test were conducted on foamed warm mixed crumb rubber modified asphalt and styrene-butadiene-styrene( SBS) modified asphalt. The rationality of the low temperature performance index of foamed warm mixed rubber asphalt was evaluated by using the ductility value,the creep strength modulus S and glass transition temperature Tg. The creep strength modulus S and the glass transition temperature Tgshow that the low temperature performance of foamed warm mixed crumb rubber asphalt is better than that of foamed warm mixed SBS modified asphalt in low temperature. However,the ductility value data show different conclusion. Through analysis,ductility index is not suitable for evaluating low temperature performance of foamed warm mixed crumb rubber modified asphalt binder,while the glass transition temperature Tgis feasible as the evaluation index.
