摘要 目的探讨电针联合运动疗法治疗脑瘫患儿坐位功能异常的临床疗效。方法 128例脑瘫患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各64例。对照组患儿给予单纯运动疗法,观察组患儿采用电针联合运动疗法,采用粗大运动功能评定量表(GMFM)坐位功能区评定两组患儿治疗前后的坐位功能状况。并调查临床治疗效果。结果治疗前、后,两组坐位功能得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的得分高于对照组,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的显效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但是观察组总体有效率要高于对照组,两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电针联合运动疗法治疗脑瘫患儿,临床效果好,能有效提高患儿的坐位功能得分。 Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of electro acupuncture combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy sitting function abnormal. Methods 128 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group. 64 cases in each group. Children in the control group were given simple exercise therapy,observation group were treated by acupuncture combined with exercise therapy,using the gross motor function assessment scale(GMFM)sitting function area to evaluate before and after treatment in two groups of children sitting function and counted he total curative effect. Results After treatment,the two groups sitting function score before and after treatment compared were significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). After treatment, scores of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P 0.05). After treatment,the observation group and the control group had no significant difference(P 0.05),but the total effective rate of the observation group was better than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Clinical effect of children with cerebral palsy with exercise therapy combined with electro acupuncture can effectively improve the scores of children sitting function.
