摘要
在俄罗斯受到西方制裁、石油价格暴跌、卢布贬值、俄经济结构再次面临转型的背景下,欧亚经济联盟成员国在推动经济一体化进程中主要面临内外两方面的发展难题。为此,各国试图通过新举措推进本国经济发展、减轻外部市场的负面影响。当前,欧亚经济联盟的机制建设正在不断完善,中国应适时采取稳妥政策,循序渐进地推进欧亚经济联盟与"丝绸之路经济带"的对接。
Russia is facing difficulties against the western sanctions,oilprice cliff and transformation of economic structure,which occur the problems for the members of the Eurasian Economic Union internally as well as externally during the course of economic integration. Members have tried new measures to push on their economic development,mitigate negative effects of external markets. As the institutional building of the Union is improving,China shall take sound policy timely to connecting the Eurasian Economic Union with the Silk Road Economic Belt gradually.
