摘要
油基泥浆水平井钻遇裂缝发育地层,极易发生井漏,油基泥浆大量漏失不仅增加钻井成本而且破坏环境。为有效解决油基泥浆漏失问题,室内通过优选添加剂材料,开发了一套可用于水平井油基泥浆堵漏的水泥浆体系。室内对该水泥浆的性能进行了实验研究,结果表明,该水泥浆稠化时间任意可调,无温度敏感性,早期强度发展快,抗油基泥浆污染性良好,水泥浆被40%体积的油基泥浆污染后,24小时养护强度可达1.9 MPa。该水泥浆技术成功应用于焦石页岩气水平井堵漏作业,现场效果良好。
When oil base mud horizontal well drilling is carried out in development of the crack formation, the circulation loss happens easily, a large number ofoil based mud leakage can not only increase the cost of drilling, but also damage the environment. In order to solve this problem, through optimizing the additive materials, a cement slurry system for the horizontal well oil based mud plugging was developed. And the performance of the cement slurry was studied. The result shows that, the thickening time of the cement slurry can be adjusted, it has not got the temperature sensitivity, development of early strength is rapid, it has good contamination resistance to oil based mud. When it is polluted by 40% volume ofoil based mud, aider curing time 24 h, the strength can reach 1.9MPa.This technology of cement slurry has been successfully applied to a shale gas horizontal well drilling plugging operation, and the effect is good.
