摘要
"订单式"人才培养模式是高职人才培养的重要模式之一。在对此模式的研究与实践过程中,黑龙江农业经济职业学院以就业为导向,围绕订单企业的岗位需求,专门制定适应订单企业的人才培养方案,明确人才培养目标,构建专业课程体系与校企双师型教学团队,改革教学方法,丰富第二课堂活动,加强企业文化教育,采用在校模拟综合实训与企业岗位实践实习相结合等形式,实现了"订单式"人才培养目标。
＂Ordering＂ talent training mode is one of the important modes of higher vocational talents training. In the process of the research and practice of this pattern, with the orientation of employment, focusing on the post need of order enterprise,Heilongjiang agricultural economy vocational college made the talent training scheme suitable for order enterprise, defined the training goal, constructed the professional course system and double type teaching team, reformed the teaching method, enriched the second classroom activities, strengthened the enterprise culture education, combined the campus simulation comprehensive practical training and the internship in the enterprise post, and realized the order talent training goal.
