摘要
目的探讨Galectin-3、CK19、TPO在甲状腺乳头状癌中的表达及临床诊断意义。方法回顾性分析我科2010年1月～2014年12月间286例甲状腺乳头状癌和80例甲状腺滤泡性病变伴乳头状增生病例（40例滤泡性腺瘤和40例结节性甲状腺肿）,应用免疫组化方法检测Galectin-3、CK19、TPO蛋白表达。结果 Galectin-3、CK19的阳性表达率分别为98.3%和98.6%,显著高于B组的15.0%和10.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;TPO在甲状腺乳头状癌中的阴性表达为87.1%,显著高于B组的7.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 Galectin-3、CK19、TPO是诊断甲状腺乳头状癌的重要标记物,联合检测准确率高,在甲状腺乳头状癌与良性病变的鉴别诊断中具有重要价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of Galectin-3, CK19 and TPO in papillary thyroid carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods A retrospective analysis came from our department from January 2010 to December2014, 286 cases of thyroid papillary carcinoma and 80 cases of thyroid follicular lesions with papillary hyperplasia cases（40 cases of follicular adenoma and 40 cases of nodular goiter）, the expression of Galectin-3, CK19 and TPO protein was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive expression of Galectin-3（98.3%） and CK19（98.6%） were respectively significantly higher than the group B（15.0% and 10.0%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.TPO negative expression in PTC（87.1%） was significantly higher than that in the group B（7.5%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Galectin-3, CK19 and TPO are important markers for the diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma, and the accurate rate of combined detection is high. It is of great value in the differential diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma and benign lesions.
