摘要
针对新疆兵团灌溉信息管理系统单一、覆盖面窄、无法实现水资源集中管理。利用Access2010数据库、Web技术、B/S开发模式从建设管理、运行管理、事务管理三方面整合兵团灌溉概况、墒情、用水等信息构建可视化的多级web管理系统。系统数据库具备信息录入、查询、图表显示等功能并为可视化的网络操作平台提供数据支持。农户和水利管理人员远程登录便可访问灌水信息获取灌溉决策。系统实现了灌溉分布式采集集中式管理的交互,打破了运用和管理水资源的时间空间限制,为南北疆灌溉资源共享提供接口,为大数据奠定基础。
In order to solve Xinjiang Corps for irrigation information management system single, narrow coverage, unable to achieve centralized management of water resources. Used Access2010 database, Web technology, B / S development model to integrate irrigation Corps profiles, moisture, water and other information, from building management, operation management, transaction management to establish a web-based information management system. System database includes the functions of information entry, query, chart display to support the visual network operating platform, web operating platform to help farmers and water managers have the access to the network to get information and irrigation decisions. The system achieved the interaction irrigation centralized management of distributed capture, breaking time and space utilization and management of water restrictions, provided an interface for the southern and northern irrigation to share resource, laid the foundation for the big data.
